Refunds and Returns

1. Change of Mind: 

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you decide you no longer want the product.

  • Please choose carefully and review your order before completing the purchase.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the product you purchased:

  • Is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • Is significantly different from the description or sample shown.

  • Does not perform as reasonably expected.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it (unless faulty).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

4. Process for Refunds

  • Contact us via email with your order details and photos of the product/issue.

  • We will assess your claim and advise whether a return is required.

  • If approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (where accepted), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
